- Oversaw NWAC accreditation of two full schools and the acquisition of a private virtual school servicing nearly 10,000 students nationwide

- Served as CEO during the acquisition of e2020, Inc. by Weld North
- Oversaw 4-month diligence process which encompassed the areas of financial, technology, operations, sales, and customer satisfaction

- Prior to the acquisition, oversaw growth of the company from 140 to 200 employees managing operational budgets and projections, operations, planning, and special growth projects within new sectors
